We’re excited today to announce that Social.com, the advertising platform within the Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud, is expanding its partnership with the newly rebuilt Atlas.

Our seamless integration with Atlas will make it possible for our customers to take advantage of this new people-based view of targeting and measurement  within Social.com. The Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud is a charter Facebook Strategic Preferred Marketing Developer, and this announcement  continues to build on this incredibly successful relationship.

In the mobile and social world, advertising has to become people and customer based. Behind every post, behind every app, and behind every device, is a person; a customer.

This past Thursday, September 25th, Facebook VP of Partnerships, Blake Chandlee delivered an amazing keynote for thousands of attendees at our annual Connections conference. He spoke about the power of people-based advertising within the overall customer journey, and in the unique value of custom audiences for marketers.

Atlas today also announced a broader partnership with Omnicom. Omnicom is the first holding company to sign an agency-wide ad serving and measurement partnership with Atlas.  

The Omnicom announcement comes only a week after salesforce.com Chairman and CEO, Marc Benioff and Omnicom Digital CEO, Jonathan Nelson, shared the stage at Connections, announcing a global partnership between our two companies. This partnership will deliver the first end-to-end platform for Omnicom's agency clients and extends the current global relationship Omnicom already has with Social.com.
